Illinois Wesleyan family weekend
BLOOMINGTON — Illinois Wesleyan’s Family Weekend, which is scheduled for Nov. 3 to 5, will feature activities ranging from athletics to music and the arts.
Highlights include:
-- Pop-rock band The Hush Sound, 7 p.m. Nov. 3, Hansen Student Center.
-- IWU Jazz Ensemble, 7:30 p.m. Nov. 3, Westbrook Auditorium, Presser Hall, 1210 Park St., Bloomington.
-- Family registration, 8:30 to 10 a.m., Nov. 4, Hansen Student Center, 300 E. Beecher St., Bloomington.
-- Football game against North Central College; 1 p.m. Nov. 4, Wilder Field, 300 E. Kelsey St., Bloomington.
-- Reception with President Richard Wilson, 3:30 to 5:00 p.m., Center for Natural Science Learning and Research atrium. RSVP required.
-- Family talent show; 7 p.m. Saturday, Hansen Student Center.
-- Games and pizza; 9 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Shirk Center.
-- Family service; 10 a.m. Sunday, Evelyn Chapel, 1301 N. Park St.
