BLOOMINGTON — The following people have been sentenced in McLean County Circuit Court for driving under the influence. Unless otherwise noted, the offenses involved alcohol.

Lawrence J. Essig, 54, Rochester, fined $1,250, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of probation. Must complete recommended treatment.

Sherri A. Brackett, 43, LeRoy, fined $1,000, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of conditional discharge and four days in jail, credit for one day served and day for day good time credit. Recommended treatment completed and must complete 140 hours of community service.

Amanda K. Brown, 25, 2000 block of North Lincoln Street, Normal, fined $1,000, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision; and total fine and costs of $200 and sentenced to concurrent two years of court supervision for failure to report an accident. Recommended treatment completed.

Johnny R. Icard, 67, 1100 block of East Olive Street, Bloomington, fined $600, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision; sentenced to concurrent six months of court supervision for Illegal transportation/

possession of alcohol; and conviction for no rear registration plate light. Recommended treatment completed.

Jessica A. Rhodes, 21, Betty Drive, Bloomington, fined $600, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision; and total fine and costs of $145 and sentenced to concurrent six months of court supervision for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Must complete recommended treatment.

Spencer J. Gibson, 22, 400 block of Fox Hill Circle, Bloomington, fined $600, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision; and fined $300 and sentenced to concurrent one year of court supervision for driving while driver’s license suspended. Must complete recommended treatment.

Renee C. Kelch, 39, 2500 block of Clearwater Avenue, Bloomington, fined $600, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision; and conviction for improper lane usage. Recommended treatment completed.

Brian L. McBride, 22, Wichita, Kan., fined $600, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision; and conviction for leaving the scene of vehicle damage accident. Recommended treatment completed.

Michael D. Duncan, 22, Secor, fined $600, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision. Must complete recommended treatment.

Eugene J. Yuncker, 27, 1000 block of East Front Street, Bloomington, fined $600, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision. Must complete recommended treatment.

Joshua A. Clark, 21, 700 block of South Main Street, Normal, fined $600, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision. Recommended treatment completed.

Matthew L. Haynes, 20, Peoria, fined $600, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision for driving under the influence of alcohol/intoxicating compound/drug. Must complete recommended treatment.

Robin K. Anderson, 21, 600 block of West Orlando Avenue, Normal, fined $600, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision. Recommended treatment completed.

Lester J. Parker, 26, Ellsworth, fined $600, DUI fine of $500 and sentenced to two years of court supervision. Must complete recommended treatment.
