Dennis Erb Jr. wins late model race at Farmer City

FARMER CITY -- Dennis Erb Jr. of Carpentersville won the late model feature at the Farmer City Raceway on Friday night. Erb outlasted Tonica’s Ryan Dauber to claim the crown. Wes Steidinger (Fairbury) finished third and Steve Sheppard Jr. (New Berlin) and Joe Harlan (El Paso) finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
Other feature winners were Decatur’s Joe Reed (hornets), Randy Shuman (modifieds), Jason Unzicker of El Paso (sportsman) and Farmer City’s Jim Quinn (street stock).
