PONTIAC -- A judge found sufficient evidence Monday to schedule a trial for a Chatsworth man accused of sexually abusing a five-year-old girl.

Clifton Olds, 28, was put on the November trial docket. He faces two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, a Class 2 felony that carries a possible prison term of from three to seven years.

He remains in the Livingston County jail and must post $5,000 to be released.

During a preliminary hearing on Monday, Det. Earl Dutko said the girl told authorities that Olds molested her at least twice in her bedroom between December 2006 and June 2007.

Dutko said Olds denied any wrongdoing when he was questioned by police.

" Can't a Doctor tell if a 5 year old has been sexually abused? Anybody that sexually abuses a child should be hung, but you would have to be alful sure that the person did in fact abuse the child. "
