Vikings sign ISU's Siskowic

Former Illinois State linebacker Cameron Siskowic signed a free agent contract with the Minnesota Vikings on Tuesday.

The Gateway Defensive Player of the Year in 2006 had been waived by Cincinnati earlier this month but was picked up by Minnesota after the Vikings placed linebacker Jason Glenn on injured reserve.

Siskowic rejoins Aveion Cason (Detroit), Sha-Ron Edwards (Atlanta), Boomer Grigsby (Kansas City), Brent Hawkins (Jacksonville) and Laurént Robinson (Atlanta) as former Redbirds in the NFL.
