UIF All-Star jerseys featured in online auction
BLOOMINGTON -- United Indoor Football fans can land the jersey of their favorite all-star through an online auction, which continues through 5 p.m. Saturday. Ten of the 50 All-Stars’ jerseys will be part of a live auction after Saturday night’s Casey’s All-Star Classic at U.S. Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington. Forty jerseys are being auctioned off online. The live auction jerseys include those of Bloomington’s Dusty Burk, Terrill Mayberry, Chad Walker and James Walton. Those in attendance Saturday can bid on the 40 featured jerseys after the online session ends. Minimum bids are $125 and bids must increase in $5 increments. To bid on a jersey, register online at www.unitedindoorfootball.com/playoffs/classic. Nearly half of the online jerseys have bids ranging from $125-$190. “I’m pleased to see the number of jerseys being bid on,” said UIF Executive Director & Commissioner Dakota Crow. “This is a great chance for our fans to look like the pros and take home a piece of the Casey’s All-Star Classic.” Get area high school sports scores and statistics at Varsity Sports.
