The girl was taken to BroMenn Regional Medical Center following the accident about 3:20 p.m. just west of School Street. Information on her condition was not available Thursday.

A caller told police the bicyclist was standing up shortly after the crash about 3:40 p.m. at the intersection of Washington Street and St. Joseph Drive, the entrance to OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, said Bloomington Police Lt. Pete Avery.

He said one person went to BroMenn Regional Medical Center and the other was issued a citation, but further details weren’t immediately available, police said.
