But, rarely was Clinton declared innocent, even by Democrats, except that Clinton consistently declared himself innocent, but a little bitty stain let him down, spoiled his act as a clown. Clinton was found guilty of lying under oath in Federal District Court in a lawsuit brought against him (by Paula Jones) in a long existing sexual harassment matter. It had nothing to do with Monica's little bitty stain. When the little bitty stain hit the FBI lab, Clinton IMMEDIATELY made a settlement out of court. "
