Victims sought in home-repair fraud case

BARTONVILLE — Law enforcement agencies in Central Illinois are investigating a home-repair fraud case involving Illini Siding and Windows of Bartonville.

Authorities allege Illini continued to solicit and accept payment for home repair work and improvements without performing the work that was paid for by the customers.
