EP-G duo finds end zone against PBL

EL PASO -- Junior quarterback Mike Harrold threw for two touchdowns and Jordan McKinsey ran for a pair as El Paso-Gridley posted its first win of the season with a nonconference victory at El Paso, 26-15.

Harrold, who completed 8 of 18 passes for 158 yards, helped EPG (1-1) to a 20-0 halftime lead with scoring passes of 32 yards to Cody Seiler and 34 yards to Ryan Augsburger. Augsburger finished with six catches for 118 yards.

McKinsey, who led all ballcarriers with 75 yards, scored on runs of 13 and 14 yards, respectively, as the Titans built a 26-0 advantage.

PBL (0-2) scored all its points in the second half on a 2-yard run by Jake Kaufmann and a 10-yard run by Dakota Lukens. Ricky Tester paced the Panthers’ running game with 47 yards on 16 carries.
