Heyworth schools back to schedule

HEYWORTH — Students in Heyworth School district who were dismissed early Tuesday and Wednesday return to their regular dismissal times today.

School dismissed at 2 p.m. earlier this week because of the high temperatures, but will return to its regular schedule today because weather forecasts call for cooler weather, said Superintendent Randy Merker.

All schools in the district dismissed early, but only Heyworth Elementary School lacks air conditioning.
