Caroline Leighton scored three goals and Kelsey Porter added two goals and an assist as the IWU women’s soccer team rolled to a 5-0 win over Hartwick College and a second-place finish in the Mayor’s Cup Tournament Sunday at Oneonta, NY.

Leighton, a Normal Community High School product, scored the Titans’ first three goals while Porter, a freshman from Bloomington High School, closed out the scoring and also assisted on Leighton’s second goal.

The Titans (1-1-1) peppered the Hartwick net with 20 shots while holding the Hawks to only six attempts.

Goalkeeper Alli Novak turned away both Hartwick shots on goal.
