Southeast 34, Lincoln 30

Lincoln quarterback Jacob Harnacke threw for 212 yards and three touchdowns but it wasn’t enough as the Railsplitters dropped a Central State Eight decision to host Springfield Southeast.
Harnacke hooked up with Cale Dahm on scoring tosses of 9 and 11 yards and also hit Kyle Frick with a 25-yard strike. Lincoln (2-3 overall, 2-2 in Central State Eight) managed only 94 rushing yards on 22 attempts led by Wes Neece with 56 yards.
Springfield (1-4, 1-3) was led by running back Barimah Akuoko who pounded the Lincoln defense for 225 yards and three touchdowns on 25 carries. Akuoko also scored on a 14-yard pass from Zach Ray.
