Wonderful article about District 87 Hall of Fame

What a wonderful article concerning District 87's new Hall of Fame (``First class inductees,'' Sept. 22, Page A3)! The induction of John Waddell was most appropriate, as was the photograph of his Bloomington High School vocal coach, Mary Selk.

Mary, or ``Sarge'' she is affectionately known, has had a profound influence upon literally thousands of people, students and otherwise, throughout her career.

Hopefully her induction into the Hall of Fame will follow in the very near future.
