Debra Sue Perez
MOUNT PULASKI - Debra Sue Perez, 47, Centralia, Wash., formerly of Mount Pulaski, died at 3:30 a.m. Sept. 12, 2007, in Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, Wash. She had been ill.
Memorial service: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Veail Chapel in Steenbergen Cemetery, Mount Pulaski, with Bill Shanle officiating.
Burial: Steenbergen Cemetery, Mount Pulaski.
Visitation: one hour before service at the chapel. Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Mount Pulaski is handling local arrangements.
Memorials: Epilepsy Foundation.
Survivors: husband, Richard L. Perez, Centralia, Wash.; one daughter, Christina Perez, Centralia, Wash.; one son, Richard L. Perez Jr., San Diego, Calif.; one grandson; and three sisters, Verna (Barry) Leach, Mount Pulaski; Sharon (Ernie) Keppler, Spaulding; and Patty (Lee) Koenig, Chestnut.
