Oct. 16 Matas Cyvas, Illinois Wesleyan soccer 1. Name: Matas Cyvas 2. Hometown: Downers Grove 3. Sport: Soccer 4. Position: Centerback 5. Favorite class: Financial Accounting. I usually study psychology, so accounting is an entirely new world to me. 6. Post-college aspirations: Most likely attend graduate school, but in which area I still have to figure out. Psychology or Business Administration. If all goes well, have a large family, too, five kids if possible. 7. Best restaurant in B-N: Avanti’s. They give the most food. 8. Sport I’m worst at: Definitely golf. Just not my game. 9. In my spare time, I: Play guitar, listen to a lot of music, eat a lot of food, and I should read more. 10. I’ve learned what true love through sacrifice and hard work is by watching him. 14. Most influential figure in history? Jesus 15. If you could, what food would you put in an IV drip? Steak and potatoes. 16. What is your pregame ritual? I pray a rosary, tape my chains to my wrist, tape my ring to my finger, and drink a lot of water. Then when the game starts I just let go and stop thinking. 17. You’re road tripping and you stop at gas station. What’s your snack of choice? Chili Cheese Fritos 18. I need a Dummies Guide To: Figuring out what to do with my life 19. I could write a Dummies Guide To: Being a second generation Lithuanian-American who speaks, writes, and reads in his native language. 20. Favorite athlete (who does not play soccer): Michael Jordan. I grew up watching the greatest basketball player. His poise in the biggest games and his ability to hit the big shot at the end was remarkable.
