Illini's Leman named Lott quarterfinalist

Illinois senior linebacker J Leman has been named a quarterfinalist for the Lott Trophy, which goes to the nation’s top defensive player who has had the biggest impact on and off the field.

Leman, who leads the Big Ten in tackles, is listed as one of 17 players up for the fourth-year national award.
