Several classes changed top teams in the final state rankings for high school football released Tuesday by The Associated Press. Warrenville South had been ranked in 8A all season. In 1A, Tuscola (8-1) regained the No. 1 spot it gave up two weeks earlier after Dakota (9-0) ended up in the Class 2A playoffs. In 5A, Metamora (9-0) moved to the top spot after previous No. 1 Lombard Montini suffered its first loss to Addison Driscoll and fell to No. 2. Driscoll retained the No. 1 position it has held all season in Class 4A.
