Bryan Perschall

Bryan Perschall 36, of Bloomington pleaded guilty Sept. 9, 2016, to conspiracy to commit financial institution robbery and disorderly conduct. Dismissed in a plea agreement was a charge of making a false bomb threat to Illinois State University. Perschall was sentenced to three years in prison for the robbery plot and a concurrent two-year term for disorderly conduct. Police said Perschall called in the bomb threat in July to divert police from a planned robbery of Busey Bank in Bloomington that he opted at the last minute not to carry out. His co-defendant was Joanna Etter.
