URBANA – Registration is open for two regional crop management conferences established by University of Illinois Extension’s commercial agriculture team.
Included at both will be Dicamba training. Other topics include insect management, measuring success with Dicamba, weed management, crop economics, nitrate loss with woodchip bioreactors, field crop diseases, future crops, soybean yield gaps and the 2018 growing season.
Certified crop advisers can earn up to eight hours of continuing education credit. Advance registration — no later than one week before each conference — is $100 per person. Late and on-site registration is $120.
The Feb. 7 meeting in Champaign will be at I-Hotel. The Feb. 21 meeting at Malta will be at Kishwaukee College.
