BLOOMINGTON - Illinois Wesleyan University student Evan Kasprzak is among the top 20 dancers for Fox TV's "So You Think You Can Dance?"

Over the summer, the 21-year-old music and theater major will compete in Los Angeles on the show, now in its fifth season.

Viewers vote on who advances by calling a toll-free number.

After auditioning in Memphis in May with his older brother Ryan, Evan advanced to the Las Vegas callbacks to compete for a place in the top 20.

Ryan was cut from the show June 4.

The show airs on Fox TV at 7 p.m. Wednesdays and 8 p.m. Thursdays. Dancers compete on Wednesdays, with voting results released on Thursdays.

Previous prizes have included the title of "America's Favorite Dancer" and $250,000 in cash.

Kasprzak is from West Bloomfield, Mich., and has been dancing since he was 6 years old.
