Jay C. Laesch

Jay C. Laesch, 37, Heyworth, ex-finance director of BMI Concessions, Central Illinois Arena Management's one-time food and beverage service for the venue, was charged as of Sept. 25, 2017, with theft, wire fraud, money laundering and conspiracy to commit tax evasion in connection with CIAM's management of U.S. Cellular Coliseum. He was released after posting $25,035. His co-defendants are John Y. Butler, Bart Rogers, Paul E. Grazar and Kelly W. Klein.
