The management agreement includes the initial, basic agreement (the first 35 pages) as well as supporting documents referred to in that agreement. Exhibit A is a Consulting and Sales Agreement with CIAM (also referred to as CIA at that time). Exhibit B is a similar agreement from 2004 which deals more specifically with such matters as securing naming rights and anchor tenants. Exhibit C is the actual naming rights agreement with U.S. Cellular. Exhibit D is an naming rights agreement with Pepsi regarding the attached hockey ice sheet operated by the Parks and Recreation Department. Exhibit E is a financial statement, giving estimations of the expected revenues and expenses of the arena. Exhibit F was an agreement regarding the pre-opening services to be supplied by CIAM prior to the opening of the arena. Exhibit G set forth the responsibilities of CIAM for furniture, fixtures and equipment, and marketing services. The documents were provided by former City Attorney Todd Greenburg.
