TOWANDA — D.C. and Anita Troutman of Towanda, formerly of Sparta, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary early in the year with a week at Disney World with their family.

Troutman and Anita Randolph were married Oct. 18, 1957, in Corinth, Miss. Their attendants were Tom Reiley and Flora Clarida.

They are the parents of Keith (Lisa) Troutman, Bloomington; Kevin Troutman, Towanda; and Kristi (Richie) Rendleman, Auburn, Ala. Their grandchildren are Jamie (Tom) Beccue, Germantown Hills; Brandi (Deric) Walsh, Washington; Cody Troutman, Bloomington; Trevor Troutman, Orlando, Fla.; Quincy Troutman, Towanda; Mallory Rendleman, LaGrange, Ga.; and Miranda Rendleman and Maggie Rendleman, both of Auburn, Ala. Their great-grandchildren are Sydney, Mackinzi and Clayton Beccue, and Jack and Nathan Walsh. 

He worked in the strip mining industry in southern Illinois, retiring in 1994. She owned and operated a beauty shop, retiring in 1999.
