NORMAL — Mikayla Anderson and John Eric Yoder, both of Champaign, were married at 3 p.m. Aug. 5, 2017, at Noerenberg Memorial Gardens, Orono, Minn.
The bride's parents are Robert and Wendy Anderson of Orono, Minn. The groom's parents are John and Carol Yoder of Normal.
Ana Bichanich was maid of honor; Chloe Koppenberg, matron of honor; and Kelly Rioux, Loren Goodrich, Molly Beyer and Kristin Yoder, bridesmaids. Jeremy Zwaga was best man, and Anthony Gough, Daniel Mathien, Phillip Outlaw, Robert Anderson and Quentin Bateman, groomsmen. The flower girl was Sylvia Rioux.
The reception was at Day Block Event Center, Minneapolis, Minn., followed by a wedding trip to Costa Rica.
The bride has a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Bradley University and is completing her doctorate in chemistry at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. The groom has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bradley University. He performs commercial inspections and audits for AutoOwner's Insurance Co.
