SPRINGFIELD -- The Bloomington-Normal Baseball Association Gold received two RBIs apiece from Dylan Johnson and Brock Stewart in an 8-5 triumph over the Springfield Sluggers at Springfield on Wednesday.
Stewart had three hits including a double while Johnson had a double. Jared Lammers (2-0) earned the win while Ben Heaton picked up his first save.
The Gold improved to 19-7 on the season.
