BLOOMINGTON - 17-year-old Chris Baker of Ellsworth and 18-year-old Ellen Mulch of Downs were named the McLean County 4-H Fair King, and Queen on Wednesday night at the Interstate Center.

Here is look at the McLean County 4-H Fair Court:

Anthony Rettich, 17

The son of Timothy and Barbara Rettich, Bloomington, is a member of Golden Eagles 4-H and a senior at St. Michael's Homeschool. His planned major is English/pre-law.

His favorite 4-H memory: "I was 9 years old and carrying my electricity project over to the table for conference judging when I saw it had broken. During my conference, I took it apart, rebuilt it, and it worked. What was nearly a disaster ended up 'best of show.'"

Brandon Bonner, 17

The son of Cary Bonner and Kathy Bonner, Normal, is a member of Towanda Busy Bees 4-H and a senior at Normal Community High School. His planned major is undecided.

His favorite 4-H memory: "Going to the Great 4-H Debate and debating in the House chambers."

Christopher Baker, 17

The son of Scott Baker and Loretta Baker, Cooksville, is a member of Ellsworth Tip Toppers 4-H and a senior at Central Catholic High School, Bloomington. His planned major is computer programming.

His favorite 4-H memory: "Hijacking canoes at 4-H camp."

Megan Snier, 19

The daughter of Marion and Jeannea Snier, Chenoa, is a member of Space Age Pioneers and Stylistics and a sophomore at Eastern Illinois University, Charleston. Her major is career and technical education (business).

Her favorite 4-H memory: "Participating in the royalty court the past two years."

Ellen Mulch, 18

The daughter of Donald and Lisa Mulch, Normal, is a member of Downs Top Notchers 4-H and a freshman at Heartland Community College. Her major is nursing.

Her favorite 4-H memory: "Chairing the county's banquet of excellence for the first time."

Katie Otto, 17

The daughter of Brian and Cathy Otto, Downs, is a member of Vision Riders and Downs Top Notchers 4-H and is a senior at Tri Valley High School, Downs. Her planned major is secondary education (Spanish).

Her favorite 4-H memory: "My favorite memory is my trip to National Congress last November."

Taylor Dirks, 18

The daughter of Brian and Linda Dirks, Ellsworth, is a member of Ellsworth Tip Toppers 4-H and a freshman at Lincoln College. Her planned major is radiology.

Her favorite 4-H memory: "Showing in the grand champion drive and winning grand champion purebred with a Poland, because my breed rarely wins this honor."

Savanah Jacobs, 17

The daughter of David and June Jacobs, Normal, is a member of Home Spun 4-H and a freshman at Heartland Community College. Her major is horticulture.

Her favorite 4-H memory: "Going to Finland with IFYE and making a scrapbook for my parents."
