BLOOMINGTON -- Crime Stoppers of McLean County is seeking the public's help is finding a Bloomington man wanted on a McLean County warrant charging him with violating sex offender registration rules by providing false information to authorities.

William Duggon, who was born on 1965, is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.

Crime Stoppers of McLean County will pay rewards of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of those responsible for felonies in McLean County.
