Ahrends, Tronc named fair royalty

PONTIAC - Zach Ahrends of Graymont and Janelle Tronc of rural Pontiac were named the Livingston County 4-H Fair king and queen Monday night.

Ahrends has been in 4-H for 8 years and is part of the 4-H Graymont Achievers. Tronc has been in 4-H for nine years and is part of the Emington Hot Shots.

Baum wins title at Farmer City fair

FARMER CITY - Janell Baum of Clinton was named Miss Farmer City/DeWitt County Fair Queen at the annual pageant, held Tuesday.

Heather Heusner of Clinton, was named first runner-up. Autumn Bogard of Farmer City was named Miss Popularity.

Baum also won Miss Congeniality and Best Commercial.
