CHICAGO - A rural Streator couple were sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to robbing the same Grundy County bank twice in 19 days.

Jeffery Frojd, 38, and his live-in companion, Karen McVickers-DeWitt, 37, told the federal judge they robbed the Benchmark Bank in Verona of $13,531 with a BB gun to support a heroin habit.

Frojd was given five years and McVickers-DeWitt four years.
