Man pleads guilty to selling pot
BLOOMINGTON - An Elmhurst man who pleaded guilty to selling marijuana was placed on 24 months of probation and order to pay a $360 street value fine.
Brendan S. Hubble, 20, was accused of the May 2 unlawful delivery of marijuana. A 180-day jail term was stayed pending a remission hearing. He also must complete recommended drug treatment and 30 hours of community service as a first offender.
Hydrocodone - A former Fairbury woman must serve 24 months of probation and pay a $100 street value fine for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, hydrocodone.
Ashley Talley, now of Louisiana, pleaded guilty to the Oct. 2 possession of the drug. She also must complete recommended drug treatment and 30 hours of community service in the first-offender program. A term of 180 days in jail was stayed.
Residential burglary - Ladika Tolise of Bloomington faces two counts of residential burglary in connection with the alleged break-ins of two homes.
Tolise, 17, of the 1200 block of West Seminary Avenue, must post $2,500 to be released on the charges.
