NORMAL - Fell Avenue between College Avenue and Beaufort Street will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday and remain closed for about three weeks for reconstruction of the Fell/North Street intersection.

North between School Street and Fell also will be closed to through traffic.

The Bloomington-Normal Public Transit System transfer site at North and Fell will be relocated to University Street at the ISU Bone Student Center, between College Avenue and Locust Street.
