BLOOMINGTON -- The Livingston and Woodford county health departments will offer free H1N1 influenza vaccinations for people in priority groups.
Livingston County clinics will be 2 to 6 p.m. Nov. 18 and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 25 at the health department, 310 E. Torrance Ave., Pontiac.
Woodford County clinics will be 2 to 6 p.m. Nov. 17 and 24 at the Church of the Nazarene, Eureka.
Priority groups are pregnant women; children and young adults ages 6 months through 24 years old; adults ages 25 through 64 with a chronic health condition or lowered immunity; household members and caregivers of children less than 6 months old; health care workers and emergency medical services providers with direct patient contact.
Logan County Department of Public Health will offer seasonal influenza vaccine, beginning 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday at the health department, Lincoln. People who should get seasonal flu vaccine include children and young people ages 6 months through 19; pregnant women; people 50 and older; people with chronic medical conditions; people who live in nursing homes; and people who care for those at higher risk of flu.
