BLOOMINGTON – Members of the Normal Police Department and McLean County Sheriff’s Office will wait on customers Friday at Chili’s restaurant to earn tips to benefit Special Olympics Illinois.

During Tip a Cop, customers also can present a voucher through which 10 percent of their meal cost will be donated. The voucher is at www.soill.org/chilis.

The event is part of the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run campaign.

how about having a benefit to clean up corruption in normal's police department, id tip big for that. so all of chili's employees lose a days pay. I think well be going to Logan's and mail a donation in to the special Olympics.
