BLOOMINGTON — The Bloomington Police Department is investigating two reports of shots fired, one Thursday night and a second early Friday.

At 7:09 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a call at Main Street Convenience, 1919 S. Main St., to reports of multiple shots fired from a car after an alleged argument.

Bullets hit a vehicle and the building, but no one was injured.

Then, at 1:30 a.m. Friday, police were called to a report of shots fired at a home in the 800 block of West Mulberry Street. A bullet struck the house but no one was injured, said BPD.

No one is in custody in either incident, and police said there are no suspects or descriptions of vehicles. It also isn't yet known whether the incidents are related.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call BPD at 309-820-8888.
