BLOOMINGTON — Bloomington police are investigating the reported armed robbery of a pizza delivery man Friday night.
Officers were called around 9:24 p.m. to the 300 block of West Chestnut Street, where the employee said he was near the delivery location. He told police a man approached him and implied he had a weapon. The suspect took the victim’s cellphone and fled on foot.
No injuries were reported.
Police described the suspect as a black man with a mustache and goatee who is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
