BLOOMINGTON  — A sixth person has been arrested and charged in connection with a large-scale marijuana growing operation involving homes in Bloomington and Tremont, according to a multiagency drug control task force.

The search of a Bloomington home led to the discovery of another indoor growing operation and the arrest of John Keller, 49, of Bloomington, said Task Force 6 officials. Keller is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and is being held in lieu of $5,025 bond.

According to court records, police seized 11 marijuana plants, 55 grams of high quality marijuana and a heat sealer and other packaging materials from the suspect’s home.

Five other people also face felony drug charges in the case.
