I was going to say the same thing Drewski1974. why is it that all surveillance videos, and pictures are so distorted? You can't even make out their faces, or even what the jacket says. That sketch is terrible, there has to be better artists than that out there. Update the cameras people! You want to save your assets, and your employees, put the money into the surveillance, not all the stupid advertisements!

I think the dude in the sketch looks like the Scarecrow from Wizard of Oz. By the way, where is Ray Bolger and what is his alibi?

The first thing businesses in this area, or any area in Bloomington/Normal targeted for crimes, s set up a better video. They are available. Or when they hire people to catch shoplifters, make them security people with weapons. Should be about the same cost but much more beneficial.

I agree. The sketch is rather 'sketchy'. On the other hand, this guy should be readily recognizable to anyone who faithfully watches reruns of 'Rocky The Flying Squirrel'. And no, I'm not gonna give any more clues.

Too true. If I was on a jury and this was admitted at evidence, I'd have to laugh.

Forget the sketch...look at the actual pictures. Ever notice that all criminals are heavily pixilated individuals? You'd think they'd be easy to spot in public. Seriously, I have a 10 year old cell phone that takes better pictures than that. Maybe it's time for better security cameras.
