BLOOMINGTON — Eight children between the ages of 10 and 15 have been charged in connection with break-ins at Krieg Vending Services in southwest Bloomington.
Bloomington police spokeswoman Sara Mayer said the arrests of the boys and girls occurred during the past two weeks.
The break-ins and attempted break-ins occurred between January and May.
One child was on electronic monitoring and juvenile probation when arrested, and is being held at the McLean County Juvenile Detention Center in Normal.
The remaining children were released to their parents.
