William Andy Mortimer, a lifelong Munderf and Sugar Hill, Pa., resident and a resident of Carlock for the past 11 years, passed away peacefully surrounded by family members on Thursday (Nov. 16, 2017) at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal.
Jean Avis Quigley, 96, of rural Saunemin, passed away Thursday (Nov. 16, 2017) in the home in which she was born on March 6, 1921. She was the first child of Henry Clay and Helen Lucille Heylin Quigley.
Jewel E. Beale, wife, mother, grandmother, and lifelong human rights advocate, was born March 5, 1935, to the Rev. and Mrs. W.H. Fambro. She died Wednesday (Nov. 15, 2017) at OSF HealthCare St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
Terry L. Shoup, 73, was born in Bloomington in April 1944, the second twin son of Fred E. and Evelyn L. (Carlson) Shoup, who preceded him in death. He passed away in his home, due to cancer, in Redlands, Calif., on Nov. 9, 2017.
Vivian C. Roemer, 91, of Lexington, died Friday (Nov. 17, 2017) at Sugar Creek Alzheimer’s Special Care Center, Normal, where she had been since August. Her family has honored her wish for cremation. A grave side service will be at a later date.
