ARMINGTON - Joanna Marie Boudeman, 12, passed from this life at 7:45 a.m. Friday (Jan. 12, 2007) at her home in Armington.

She was born Feb. 3, 1994, in Peoria, the daughter of John and Greta Rempe Boudeman.

Surviving are her parents, Armington; two brothers, James Louis and Daniel John Boudeman, Armington; her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Boudeman, Armington; and her maternal grandparents, Lou and Emma Jean Rempe, Clinton. She is survived by 24 aunts and uncles and 20 cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Harold Boudeman.

Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Minier Christian Church in Minier. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Mountjoy Cemetery in rural Armington. Davis Mortuary, Hopedale Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois or Minier Christian Church.

Joanna truly enjoyed music, having books read to her and being with her brothers. Her bright smile and joyful spirit will be missed by all. Thank you, dear Lord, for our short time on this earth with Joanna, and now we pray she is whole and perfect in Your kingdom.
