Service: 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Hagi Funeral Home, Streator, with Monsignor John Prendergast officiating.

Burial: St. Mary's Cemetery, Streator.

Visitation: 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials: May be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Survivors: one daughter, Jane Ann (David) Kewley, Manville; two sons, Tom Hamrick, Streator, and Tom Hamrick, Manville; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
