What a tragedy to lose our friend. Billy, you went too early - but those who knew you will never forget your spirit, zeal for life, and love for your children. Sam and Kate - may God bless you and heal you of this terrible loss.

Last fall, I had the privilege of going through CASA training with Bill. Throughout our arduous sessions, Bill exemplified one who yearned to protect "those little ones" Jesus loves and speaks about in Matthew 18:6. During this difficult time, I pray that Bill's family and friends will remember him, striving to serve his community, his coworkers, his family, and those children who needed his help. Bill blessed me in those short months that we trained together. I am glad that I knew him.
My deepest sympathy to his loved ones,

My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Billy through my brother-n-law Scott Stevens. I will not only remember his contagious smile, but also the many times that he made us all laugh, especially my daughters Morgan and Jessica. For the past few years, everytime we made the trip from PA to IL to visit, Billy would always make a point of stopping by my brother-n-laws to say HI. I believe that my daughters will always remember the times when he took them to play basketball and go swimming with Kate and Sam. Or New Years Eve 2 years ago when he took all 4 kids to the movies or just last month when Billy, my husband and I sat and talked while the 4 kids were all bowling. It saddens us to hear of the tragic loss of our friend Billy.

To Kate and Sam....Stay strong during this difficult time and you will be in our thoughts and prayers always.

With our Deepest sympathy to Billy's Children, family and friends,

Lori, Eric, Jessica and Morgan Stevens

You blessed those of us who knew you at Country Financial and had the pleasure of working with you, Bill. Your smile, humor and presence will be missed. You were so very excited to give back in the CASA program. I am so sad that you will miss the opportunity I sensed you anticipated with such great excitement. Kate and Sam, know that your dad loved you dearly. You were his favorite topic of conversation. God bless the Gustafson family as you reconcile this terrible loss. Know that there are many offering prayers for your healing and peace.
