For the winners of the 2007 Rev. Martin Luther King Awards, James Joyner of Bloomington and Jeanne B. Morris of Normal and to the winners of the "I Have A Dream" award, high school students Caila Thomas of Bloomington and Tosha Monique Childs of Normal. The recipients were selected by the human relations commissions of their respective towns for their community involvement.
