I am an employee of The Baby Fold organization. All of my life I dreamed of being a teacher and making a difference in children's lives. Since my employment at the Baby Fold I have watched students who were written off by society become well-performing citizens.

The Baby Fold organization cares for the underprivileged of society and give of themselves unconditionally to make the quality of life better for those around them. In my many years of employment, I have yet to work for an organization that makes such a difference in people's lives with such determination and perseverance.

Due to state budget cuts, our organization has been negatively impacted by several programs being cut already. It breaks my heart to think of these families that desperately need these services to better their quality of life.

As a resident of Illinois, I am urging people to do what they can to fight for organizations that are being negatively impacted by the state budget cuts. I know that you can help make a difference in this through your dedication to society.

Will you contact your legislators and ask them to be a part of this mission? Or will you stand by and watch others fight for what is right for those who may not have a voice?
