My wife and I went to the Bloomington Post Office to apply for our passports. The service was outstanding. We were in and out of the post office in 10 minutes. The employees — our employees — were very friendly and courteous.

These folks multitask and work with all sorts of fellow citizens. Next time you want to complain about the USPS, do their job for a few hours first.
