Gov. Rod Blagojevich wants to drop a cool $100 million into the Chicago public transportation system.

Wow, go figure. Even though the state is up to it ears in financial problems and the state legislators are working overtime, the governor drops another bomb on the taxpayers.

I have to say, if I lived in Chicago, I would still have to question this. How stupid!
