I failed to see the humor and sexual sarcasm left by over 170 online readers regarding an story involving two females who witnessed a man masturbating on the Constitution Trail in Normal. (See November 20,2007.)

My concerns are as follows:

1). It is illegal to expose one's genitals in public.

2). Exposing one's self, especially in public can be a sign of a potential rapist or pedophile.

3). It shows a decline in the moral behavior in our society.

4). Many of the comments posted were a real insight of just how immature, unconcerned and uneducated, some readers can be.

If this man was not doing anything illegal, then why didn't he wait around for the police to show up? Being a female I would have called the police too.
