Years ago, a woman who didn't believe in God petitioned the Supreme Court to stop allowing all prayers in every school because she didn't want her son to hear prayers in his school.
They should have told her, "Your son doesn't have the right to force his opinion on all the many other students. Have him wait in the hall until the other students are done praying."
But no, instead they took prayers out of the schools.
Our country was build on biblical principles and to the glory of God. When we kicked God out of our schools, Satan moved in.
Think about it. Gangs and other kids who are socially abused are being turned into psychologically disturbed killers who shoot their fellow students and teachers for revenge.
One woman started all of this.
Think of what we Christians could do to get our country turned around and back into God's grace. We need to stand up for our Christian rights and then kneel and pray.
Pray for all situations, like victory for our soldiers in Iraq, for prayer being allowed in schools again and for an end to legalized abortions - 1,500 babies a day are killed in their mothers' wombs at abortion clinics.
And don't forget prayers of thanks to the one who created you.
Thank the Lord for your job and for your kids and thank him that your name wasn't in the obituary column this morning.
Many people pray to God in the bad times but you should pray to him in the good times too. And don't forget to vote for someone who has good moral values.
Remember every breath you take is a gift from God.
