I attended the Normal Corn Festival and had just stopped by a bank for some cash and I parked in the nearby parking garage. As I got out of my car I unfortunately laid my billfold on top of my car to get something from my rear seat and forgot about the billfold.

I had just walked to the festival and remembered my billfold and went back to the car, but it was gone. After searching in the car and around, I found it stuck under my windshield wipers, out of sight, with all of the cash and credit cards still inside.

I am so grateful that there are still some good people out there, and I want to thank whoever did that from the bottom of my heart. You really saved my day and I was able to enjoy the festival.
